About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
- Design and optimize Oracle database objects such as tables, indexes, and views.
- Collaborate with business analysts and application developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best practices.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of existing SQL queries and PL/SQL code.
- Support database design and data migration processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and defects.
- Ensure data integrity and security in accordance with organizational policies.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
