About the role
Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 SCM Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management applications. The consultant will work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, configure applications, support business operations, and drive continuous process improvements in a complex Oracle EBS environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
· Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide functional solution recommendations.
· Configure and support Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules, including:
o Inventory (INV)
o Purchasing (PO)
o Order Management (OM)
o Shipping Execution
o Advanced Pricing
· Good understanding of Intercompany and Outside Processing (OSP) business processes.
· Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS), Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA), and Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) will be an added advantage.
· Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), test scripts, solution documentation, and training materials.
· Perform functional testing, conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP), and support business process validations.
· Work on enhancements, change requests, and projects.
· Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and integrations.
· Execute SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
· Ensure compliance with business, quality, and validation standards.
· Support end-to-end issue analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation.
Required Qualifications
· 7+ years of Oracle EBS SCM functional consulting experience.
· Strong experience in requirement gathering, solution design, application configuration, testing, and implementation support.
· Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Shipping Execution, and Advanced Pricing.
· Good understanding of Intercompany, OSP, and end-to-end SCM business processes.
· Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS integrations, interfaces, APIs, and workflows.
· Experience working in highly customized and complex Oracle EBS environments.
· Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and support complex business processes and system integrations.
· Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.
· Experience supporting Oracle EBS implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
· GxP-regulated environment experience is preferred and considered an added advantage.
· Exposure to WMS, MSCA, and OPM is desirable.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess strong Oracle EBS R12 SCM functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience across INV, PO, OM, Shipping Execution, and Advanced Pricing, solid understanding of Intercompany and OSP processes, integration knowledge, and the ability to successfully deliver enhancements, change requests, projects, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support in highly customized Oracle EBS environments.
