Oracle EBS SCM Functional ConsultantExperience: 8+ YearsModules: Order Management, Inventory, PO (Any 3-4 is mandatory).Hands on in implementation and Configuration.Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant with 8+years ofexpertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12. The ideal candidate should have strong functionalknowledge of Oracle SCM modules, with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration,business process analysis, and client interaction.Key Responsibilities :●Analyze business requirements and provide Oracle EBS SCM functional solutions.●Perform end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EBS SCMmodules.●Configure Oracle SCM applications based on business requirements.●Conduct requirement gathering, GAP analysis, and solution design.●Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), MD050, test scripts, and user manuals.●Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, andenhancements.●Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-usertraining.●Support data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.●Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective resolutions.●Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve supply chain processes and systemefficiency.Required Skills :●8+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant.●Hands-on experience in Implementation and Configuration of Oracle EBS SCM modules.●Strong expertise in any 3–4 of the following modules (mandatory)●Order Management (OM)●Inventory (INV)●Purchasing (PO)●Bills of Material (BOM) (Preferred)●Work in Process (WIP) (Preferred)●Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management business processes.●Experience in Requirement Gathering, GAP Analysis, Solution Design, CRP, and UAT.●Knowledge of Oracle AIM methodology and Oracle EBS R12.●Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications :●Oracle EBS R12 Implementation experience.●Experience working with global clients.●Oracle Certification is an added advant
