About the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft EPM implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
  • Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Enterprise Performance Management modules.
  • Experience with:

    • Business Intelligence and Analytics
    • Financial Reporting
    • Planning and Budgeting
    • Performance Measurement and KPI Frameworks
    • Workforce and Financial Analytics
  • Strong understanding of enterprise reporting and decision-support systems.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Ability to create functional design documents and business requirement specifications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
