About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our growing team based in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, providing post-go-live application support, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Learning Cloud, combined with excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Learning Cloud implementations.

• Gather, analyse, and document functional requirements from stakeholders.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design, and produce process documentation.

• Set up and manage UAT cycles, write test scripts, and assist business stakeholders throughout testing.

• Collaborate with technical teams for data conversion, migration, and reporting requirements.

• Provide post-go-live application management support (AMS) for Oracle HCM modules.

• Manage and resolve support tickets via ServiceNow or JIRA.

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams across all project phases.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Oracle Fusion HCM functional consulting experience.

• At least 1 full end-to-end implementation in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Learning Cloud.

• Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements from business clients.

• Hands-on experience in setting up UAT, writing test scripts, and supporting business stakeholders.

• Experience in collaborating with technical teams on data conversion and reporting.

• Proficiency with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness and ability to work in UK shift hours from Hyderabad (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST).

Good to Have

• Application Management Support (AMS) experience for Oracle Recruiting Cloud and/or Learning Cloud.

• Experience in additional Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR or Talent Management.

• Oracle Cloud HCM certification in relevant modules.

• Prior experience working with UK or European clients.

Educational Qualifications
