Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune - WFO in Hybrid Mode
Full Time
Minimum 6 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules, Overall 10 years
Shift Hours: 10- 7 PM IST
Must be available to join in 2 weeks max
Education Qualification: BE or Post Graduation, MBA in HR domain
Requirements
Mandatory Skills:
·Minimum 10 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion
·Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
·Must have a strong track record of delivering
Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of
business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
·Should have done to end to end implementation
for the two of the below modules
oTalent Management (GoaL, Performance, Career
development, Succession planning, Talent review)
oFusion Learn
oFusion ORC
·Should have good communication and presentation
skills
