Full Time
Shift Hours: 10-7 PM IST or 11-8 PM IST
Minimum 8 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules
Mandatory Skills:
·Minimum 8 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion/E-Business
HCM Technical skills. EBS HRMS Technical work experience is mandatory.
·Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience
as a EBS HRMS Technical and Fusion HCM Technical Consultant.
·Must have a strong track record of delivering
Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of
business process analysis, requirement definition, technical expertise onto
EBS/ Fusion Extracts, Reports and Data Migration.
·Should have done to end to end implementation
for the below Technical Expertise:
oPL/SQL
oEBS:
Extracts, Reports and Data migration
oFusion: Extracts, Reports and Data migration
·Good to have the knowledge on below fusion modules:
oFusion APEX
oEBS Core HR
oShould be able to write Fast formulas
·Should have good communication and presentation
skills
RequirementsBE or Post Graduation, MBA in HR domain.
Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
