  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR. 
  • Ensure compliance with Data Masking & Security standards.
  • Work on Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, HDL& HSDL.Support OTBI reports, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and post-go-live.Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide functional expertise and best practice recommendations.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.
  • Hands-on with Redwood UI, VBCS, and Data Masking.
  • Technical exposure: Fast Formula, HCM Extract, BIP, HDL, HSDL.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.
