Hands-on experience with Enterprise Structures and Workforce Structures configuration.

Knowledge of Jobs, Positions, Grades, Departments, Locations, Business Units, and Legal Employers.

Experience in Workforce Administration and Position Management.

Understanding of HCM security concepts and role-based access controls.

Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.

Knowledge of HCM data migration and configuration activities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
