Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Maintenance (EAM) Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud implementation. The candidate should have experience in end-to-end maintenance business processes, functional configuration, asset management, work order management, preventive maintenance, reporting, and data migration. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing implementation activities from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, user training, and post-go-live support.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud implementations.Configure Maintenance Organizations, Asset Registration, Asset Hierarchies, Work Definitions, and Work Orders.Manage Preventive/Predictive Maintenance, Maintenance Programs, Forecasting, and Maintenance Execution.Handle Resource Planning, Material Planning, Spare Parts Planning, and Maintenance Costing.Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, functional testing, SIT, UAT, and production support.Develop and validate OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports.Perform FBDI-based data migration, mass uploads, error resolution, and data validation.Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, and test scripts.Conduct user training and knowledge transfer and coordinate with technical teams on integrations and data conversion.Required SkillsOracle Fusion Maintenance (EAM): Maintenance Organization Setup, Asset Registration, Asset Hierarchy, Work Order Management, Preventive/Predictive Maintenance, Maintenance Programs, and Forecasting.Maintenance Configuration: Work Definitions, Operations, Resource Setup, Material Planning, Spare Parts Planning, Maintenance Execution, and Costing.Reporting & Data Migration: OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), FBDI Uploads, Error Resolution, Data Conversion, and Data Validation.Implementation & Testing: End-to-End Implementation, Requirements Gathering, Functional Configuration, SIT, UAT, and Post-Go-Live Support.Additional Functional Knowledge: Exposure to Oracle Inventory Management and Procurement/Purchasing is an advantage.Preferred QualificationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.Oracle Fusion Maintenance Cloud Certification is preferred.Proven experience across complete implementation lifecycles, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams.
