About the role

Position Summary Responsible for Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain support, stabilization, enhancement, reporting, and healthcare inventory process optimization. The consultant will resolve SCM issues, strengthen procurement controls, support supplier and inventory processes, and lead SCM analytics initiatives Key Responsibilities AMS Support & Incident Resolution • Resolve Procurement and Supply Chain incidents. • Handle service requests and enhancement requests. • Investigate system/process issues. • Provide user training and support. Procurement Functional Support Support and configure: • Self Service Procurement • Purchasing • Supplier Qualification • Supplier Registration • Sourcing • Supplier Portal • Procurement Contracts Inventory & Supply Chain Support Support: • Inventory Management • Receiving • Cost Management • Supply Chain Execution • Interorganization Transactions • Consignment Inventory Resolve SCM Enhancement Tickets Examples include: • PO quantity validation controls • Supplier visibility during GRN • GRN printing enhancements • Batch tracking improvements • BPA contract visibility • Vendor master controls • MRP validations These requirements are identified in the transition ticket inventory. Controls & Governance • Define Procurement controls. • Implement approval rules. • Vendor Master governance. • Receiving controls. • Inventory control mechanisms. • Audit and compliance support. Reporting & Analytics Develop: • Material Transaction Reports • Procurement Dashboards • Supplier Analytics • Inventory Analytics • Supply Chain KPI Dashboards FDI Support • Define SCM data model requirements. • Support HIS-to-ERP analytics integration. • Validate procurement and supply chain KPIs. • Support CXO dashboards and what-if simulations. Testing Activities • SIT Support • UAT Support • Regression Testing • Quarterly Oracle Update Validation Required Experience • 6 to 8+ years Oracle Fusion SCM experience. • Experience in: o Procurement o Purchasing o Inventory o Cost Management o Supplier Management o Receiving.
