About the role

Provide Level 2 functional support for the Oracle Recruitment module/Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). • Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests related to recruitment processes within defined SLAs. • Handle complex recruitment module issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution when required. • Support end users with recruitment-related functionality, configurations, and process queries. • Monitor and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions. • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams to support business requirements. • Validate system changes and support testing activities for patches, enhancements, and releases. • Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures. • Ensure compliance with organizational support processes and service quality standards. Qualifications: BACHELOR OF ARTS
