Oracle Unified Inventory Management (UIM) Developer5+ years
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Oracle UIM Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Communications UIM, cartridge development, and telecom inventory management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UIM customization, inventory modelling, system integrations, and telecom network technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, install, and maintain Oracle UIM cartridges.Work on PSR models and logical and physical inventory modelling.Configure and develop Rule Sets, Extension Points, Technical Actions, and UIM APIs.Develop and maintain UIM Inventory Managers, including Service, Configuration/Connectivity (CO), and Search Criteria.Build integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, and UIM APIs.Support application deployment, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver telecom inventory solutions aligned with business requirements.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Oracle UIM (Unified Inventory Management).Expertise in UIM Cartridge Development and Installation.Knowledge of PSR Models, Logical Inventory, and Physical Inventory.Programming experience in Java, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, and Shell Scripting.Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, UIM APIs, and SFWs.Knowledge of Rule Sets, Extension Points, and Technical Actions.Experience with UIM Inventory Managers, including Service, CO, and Search Criteria.Understanding of telecom and network technologies, including Wireless, Cable, DSL, VoIP, and GSM.Preferred QualificationFamiliarity with Oracle RODOD/RSDOD solutions.Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks, eTOM, and SID.Experience working on telecom inventory management and network provisioning projects.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
