Implement the Process and System Transformation roadmap for the respective Engineering vertical (Scooter Dev, Charging Infra, Accessories & Merchandise), championing Ather's "Ways of Working."
-
Own the design, configuration and adoption of Jira, Mendix and Siemens Teamcenter across hardware, software and firmware development, ensuring end-to-end visibility of engineering execution.
-
Administer Siemens Teamcenter for BOM, ECR/ECO and product lifecycle management, and build Mendix applications to digitize manual processes and approval flows.
-
Drive project delivery through PI initiatives, translating business requirements into functional specifications and embedding quality, reliability and safety standards from Requirement to Release.

Develop and track project plans, including Kaizen and change management activities, and facilitate lean process rollouts through UAT, training and post-implementation support.
-
Prepare and present status reports, health metrics and risk dashboards to the Development Transformation Manager and other Delivery Owners.
-
Establish process audits with the Process Audits team, drive stakeholder engagement, and troubleshoot process/system issues to advance the P&L's true north.
Experience and Qualifications
-
Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Engineering.
-
5 to 8 years of Digital Transformation experience in the automotive 2W/4W or EV industry, spanning hardware, software and firmware processes.
-
Hands-on experience configuring and administering Jira and Siemens Teamcenter; working knowledge of Mendix or other low-code platforms is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of APQP and ASPICE, with working knowledge of Six Sigma problem-solving methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, root cause analysis).
-
Experience with Agile/PI Planning frameworks (SAFe or similar) is an advantage.
