About the role
cGMP & Quality Compliance Orientation: Undergo structured baseline training on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), packaging line operations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ALCOA+ data integrity principles. Packaging Line Operations Observation: Learn and observe primary (blister, strip, bottle) and secondary (cartoning, track-and-trace, shipper) packaging machine workflows under direct senior supervision. BPR & Logbook Documentation: Practice real-time completion of Batch Packing Records (BPR), room status boards, and equipment usage logbooks following cGMP documentation standards. Line Clearance Execution Assistance: Assist senior officers in executing Type A/B line clearance protocols, machine surface sanitization, and overprint verification checks during product changeovers. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Learn and carry out routine in-process checks, including vacuum leak testing for blisters, seal integrity tests, weight verification, and overprint legibility checks. Material Management & Reconciliation: Support the receiving, verification, and yield reconciliation of primary and secondary packaging materials (aluminum foil, PVC, cartons, leaflets, shippers). Quality Management System (QMS) Familiarization: Observe and learn core shop-floor QMS workflows, including the initial logging of packaging line deviations, incident reporting, and CAPA tracking. Cross-Functional Communication: Interact with Quality Assurance (QA) for inline sampling/inprocess releases, Engineering for line breakdown support, and Warehouse for material staging. Cleanroom Hygiene & 5S Maintenance: Maintain strict personal hygiene, adhere to packaging hall gowning protocols, and enforce cleanroom workplace organization using 5S guidelines. EHS & Safety Enforcement: Strictly follow factory Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines, wear mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE), and participate in routine shop-floor safety audits.
