About the role
Hands-on experience with PagerDuty platform
Strong understanding of:
- Incident Management & IT Operations workflows
- Alerting and escalation strategies
Experience with:
- Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Nagios, etc.)
- Logging and observability platforms
Familiarity with:
- REST APIs & integrations
- Webhooks and event-driven systems
Knowledge of:
- Linux/Windows environments
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
