your output level steady.
6. Act on feedback from supervisors quickly with few revision rounds.
7. Move from basic paint work to complex beauty/facial work by training and
practicing.
8. Share useful paint patches, texture libraries, or scripts that save time for the
team.
9. Monitor your quality through self QC and fix common errors for good.
