KeyResponsibilities:
·Acquirenewclientsbyidentifyingprospects,conductingfinancial
need assessments, and presenting financial planning and investment solutions
as per standards.
·Buildandnurturestrongclientrelationshipsbyunderstanding
financial goals and delivering customized wealth solutions.
·Adviseindividualsoninformedfinancialdecisionstosupport long-term financial security
and growth.
·Deliver expert
guidance on financial planning, investment strategies,andcomprehensivewealthmanagementalignedto client needs.
·Remainupdatedonmarkettrends,regulatorydevelopments,and industry best practices to provide
timely and relevant advice.
·Evaluatefinancialdata,monitorclientportfolios,andrefine financial plans to enhance
outcomes.
·RepresentFinnovateatconferences,clientmeetings,andindustry forums to promote financial
literacy and brand visibility.
Qualification & Skills:
·Bachelor’sdegreeinfinance,
economics,or arelated field
·CFPcertificationispreferred
·ShouldhaveaNISMXA–XB qualification
·Strongknowledgeoffinancialplanning,investmentstrategies,
and wealth management.
·Excellent
stakeholder management skills, superior communicationandinterpersonalskillstoeducateandengage clients.
·Analyticalmindsetwiththeabilitytoassessfinancialdataand provide
strategic recommendations.
·Self-driven,goal-oriented,andpassionateabouthelpingothers achieve
financial success.
YearsofExperience:
Minimumof 8yearsofexperienceinfinancialadvisoryorrelated fields
