About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance, preferably with prior experience in the Fintech domain, to manage end-to-end compliance, audits, and financial reconciliations. The role involves ownership of GST/TDS processes, internal audits, financial controls, and finalization of accounts with strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Handle GST return audit and finalization with complete ITC reconciliations (Books vs GSTR-3B; Books vs GSTR-2B; GSTR-3B vs 2B).

Manage TDS returns audit, including reconciliation between TRACES Console and Books.

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure finalization of books of accounts.

Prepare, review, and close internal audit reports; implement corrective actions.

Establish and monitor internal financial controls.

Ensure smooth month-end and year-end closures in line with compliance.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
Skills & Requirements

4–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with preference for candidates from Fintech/BFSI.

Strong expertise in Tally ERP.

Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, audits, and reconciliations.

Experience in internal controls, audits, and book finalization.

Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
