We are seeking an experienced Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) to join our dynamic development team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development and should be well-versed in Pega best practices, design principles, and scalable architecture.

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality Pega applications using PRPC and related tools.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work on the end-to-end application lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Participate in peer reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in Pega development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of project components.

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development.
• Pega CSSA certification (Certified Senior System Architect) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Pega core concepts including case management, flows, activities, UI design, decision rules, integrations (SOAP/REST), agents, data pages, etc.
• Experience in working on Pega 7.x and/or 8.x versions.
• Good understanding of application security, performance tuning, and scalability in Pega.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience in integrating Pega with external systems using APIs, connectors, and services.
• Knowledge of Pega Robotics, Decisioning, or Marketing modules is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Pega deployment on cloud environments.
• Working experience with Pega DX API and UI customization.
