About the role
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.
- Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Requirements:
- Complete knowledge of the PEGA process flows and activities.
- Proficient in the UI elements and reporting elements.
- Strong knowledge of the decision management techniques in PEGA.
- Experience in Integration (SOAP, HTTP Connectors and Services), Listeners and Batch Processes and Agents.
- Experience with more than two PEGA frameworks.
- Experience in integration with databases and external systems via SOAP/REST services.
- Thorough hands-on in using tools like Live-UI, Clipboard, and Tracer.
- Understanding of various environments involved and the deployment activities.
- Ability to write unit test cases and execute them per requirements.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
Professional and Technical Skills:
- Experience in Python Development.
- Experience in prompt engineering.
- Experience in application development/system integration.
- Communication should be good and able to handle client calls independently.
- Able to handle pressure situations in the project.
- React, JS/Node.js : Good to have.
Additional Information:
- Mandatory Certifications: CSA, CSSA; Optional: CUIS.
- Overall minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
- Certification in Anthropic, AWS, or Google is good to have.
- 15 years full time education.
