About the role

Responsible for Digital & Industrialization of Perceived Quality activities.(Gap/Flush Convergence, Design validation..) Converging the Gap/Flush results with cross functional team like Craftsmanship(Style), Design & Industrial teams. Initial to Final Setting the Nominal, Gap & Flush value for the parts & assembly. Both Interior and exterior Robust datum scheme for trim & BIW parts with GD&T. Design review & validation on the Trim ,Sheetmetal parts & Assembly By Assembly & In plant assembly tolerance study and validation Subassembly level tolerances study and validation. Cross checking the Standard data and value with the achieved DVA results.\ Not meeting targets & design validation escalating to style and other cross functional team for the convergence. Physical validation from the supplier and Inhouse manufactured parts Negotiation with supplier on the cost & product quality improvement. Comparing the competitors product and our requirements Experienced in Colour, Material, Finish Analysis
