About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Technology Architect - Performance Engineering to lead complex enterprise performance engineering initiatives, solve critical application performance challenges, and drive technical excellence.
Responsibilities:
- ️Lead application performance engineering, performance management, and QA projects.
- ️Troubleshoot complex performance, scalability, and production issues.
- ️Design and optimise high-performance enterprise application architectures.
- ️Lead performance testing, capacity planning, and root cause analysis.
- ️Mentor technical teams and drive innovation, automation, and reusable solutions.
- ️Manage client relationships, support pre-sales, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- ️Strong expertise in Java/J2EE and application performance optimisation.
- ️Hands-on experience with Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
- ️Expertise in WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss.
- ️Performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
- ️Hands-on AWS or Azure experience.
- ️Strong technical leadership, client management, and pre-sales experience.
