About the role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage paid campaigns, analyze performance, and support customer acquisition and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct audience/keyword research and A/B testing.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Work with creative and business teams to improve campaign results.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in performance/digital/growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Good communication and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 college/institute preferred. /B2C large-scale Comp.
- Candidates with strong academic performance and a growth mindset will be preferred.
