About the Opportunity
Mindtel is a fast-scaling performance-driven marketing agency helping disruptive D2C brands, SaaS startups, and e-commerce players scale user acquisition and ROI through data-first campaigns across paid social, search, affiliates, and influencer channels. We blend creative storytelling with real-time analytics to turn ad spend into measurable business growth—no fluff, just performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the full-funnel performance marketing strategy for 3–5 high-growth client accounts—including channel mix, budget allocation, and KPI forecasting.
- Lead execution of paid media campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic platforms—with daily optimization, A/B testing, and bid strategy tuning.
- Translate client business goals into measurable marketing KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV) and build dashboard-driven reporting for stakeholders.
- Partner with creative teams to ideate and test high-converting ad creatives, copy, and landing page variants using performance insights.
- Manage 3rd-party vendors, influencers, and publisher networks—negotiating deals, tracking deliverables, and ensuring performance alignment.
- Run monthly performance reviews with clients, presenting insights, recommendations, and scalable growth playbooks to retain and upsell.
