Performance Test Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with a strong foundation in Java and expertise in Spring Boot, particularly with AI integration capabilities. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, driving the technical direction of projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems, enhancing functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Proficient in Java programming language.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Hands-on experience with AI integration and related technologies.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
