We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and executing performance testing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance testing tools, scripting, monitoring, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure application scalability and reliability.

• Design and implement performance test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct load, stress, soak, spike, and endurance testing.
• Use tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, or Neoload to simulate real-world performance scenarios.
• Perform bottleneck analysis, identify system limitations, and provide recommendations.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Monitor system performance using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, or other APM tools.
• Analyze performance test results and create detailed test reports.
• Participate in performance tuning efforts for applications, databases, and infrastructure.
• Automate performance testing scripts and integrate into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
• Proficiency in tools such as Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, or Neoload.
• Experience in writing custom test scripts using Java, Groovy, or Python is a plus.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, HTTP/S protocols, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud performance testing.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized environments.
• Experience testing high-traffic applications in BFSI, E-commerce, or Telecom domains.
• ISTQB or similar testing certifications (optional).
