Job Description:

1. Renewal of gate pass as per requirement
2. Completion of 100% activities wrt MDP Creation, Updation and completion for all management cadre employees including Talent Pool members.
3. Completion of L&D activities with BHR Guidelines
4.  100% completion of employee engagement activities as per annual calendar.
5. Completion of 100% activities wrt MDP Creation, Updation and completion for all management cadre employees including Talent Pool members.
6. Issuing of gate pass to project and operation (supply & BSR) ensuring all statutory registration.
7. End to end recruitment activities of O&S, Retainers and Apprentices within BHR guidelines.
8. Zero non-compliance during SPSA, TPSA & Internal audit.
9. Mobility Management and FNF of Employees, Updating of Compensation Input in Poornata  Portal
10. At the time of appraisal going to complete the Performance cycle Process of all employees
