• Ensure age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities to aid learning

• Possess the ability to identify learning disabilities
  
• Develop appropriate learning aids, tools and resources and come up with innovative ideas in the implementation of the curriculum
  
• Maintain the record of competence, performance, and progress of every child and be able to handle parents.
  
• Update herself/himself on the best practices
