Pharmacovigilance – Case Processing Executive (Life Sciences Fresher)

We are hiring Life Sciences freshers for a Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety role with our reputed MNC client based in Bangalore. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity where selected candidates will work with the client while being on 2COMS payroll for the initial 6 months.

• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  

• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  

(Candidates must be flexible to work in any shift)

• Identification and creation of cases in the Global Safety Database from reports received via intake workflow, client mailbox, electronic gateway, and other applicable sources.
  

• Retrieval of new incoming safety information and follow-up correspondence for existing cases as per client SOPs and global regulatory requirements.
  

• Triage and prioritization of safety cases (serious & non-serious).
  

• Accurate data entry and case processing in core safety databases.
  

• Submission and follow-up of cases in compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory standards.
  

• Ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance processes and quality benchmarks.
  

• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
  

• Basic understanding of drug safety / adverse event reporting
  

• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
