About the role
We are looking for skilled Photoshop experts to complete short, clearly defined image editing tasks. Each task is one specific edit on a supplied image, done entirely by hand.
What You'll Do
* Receive a source image with a written edit instruction (plus a mask or reference image when needed).
* Complete exactly one edit per image, for example: add, remove or replace an object or person; change color, texture, material or pattern; replace or remove a background; change weather, season or lighting; edit text, signs or logos; apply a style or color tone.
* Keep everything outside the requested edit exactly as it was.
* Deliver the final image (PNG or TIFF) at the original dimensions, with an edit mask (transparent layers) when requested, and fill in the short task details.
Requirements
* Strong manual Photoshop skills: layers, masks, selections, cloning/healing, blending and color matching.
* Human-only editing. No AI tools of any kind (no generative fill, AI inpainting or neural filters).
* Edits must look natural: matching lighting, shadows, perspective, texture and grain, with no halos, seams or visible artifacts.
* Sharp attention to detail. You zoom in and check every edited area before submitting.
* Ability to follow written instructions exactly and ask when something is unclear.
* A computer with Photoshop installed and reliable internet.
Work Is Accepted When
* The requested edit is fully completed and nothing else in the image has changed.
* The result is clean, realistic and well blended at full resolution.
* The file format, dimensions and any required mask match the task instructions.
Payment
Fixed price per approved task, from $0.50 to $3.00 USD depending on task complexity. Work is reviewed for quality, and corrections may be requested. Consistent, high-quality editors will be given more tasks.
