About the RoleAt abcoffee, every café depends on accurate and timely inventory movement. As a Picker & Packer, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching products from the warehouse to stores while ensuring inventory accuracy, product quality, and adherence to food safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Picking & Dispatch
- Pick products accurately as per store requisitions and dispatch schedules.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify product quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates before dispatch.
- Ensure all shipments are correctly labelled and documented.
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Maintain stock using FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Support daily stock counts, cycle counts, and periodic inventory audits.
- Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Ensure products are stored as per company standards.
- Follow all warehouse SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure only quality-approved products are dispatched.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and dispatches.
- 10th/12th Pass or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, FMCG, retail, or food distribution environment.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
