roduction/Operation: •Increase production volume & cost reduction •Achieving the targeted yields, losses & usage of raw material & utilities. •Maintaining required inventory. •Control of annual plant budgets. •Produce quality products by applying various techniques to achieve targeted production •Coordinate with quality control for day to day production 2)Maintenance: •Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown 3)Implementation of TPM: •Green sheet wastage reduction. •Achieve the targets in line with organizational needs & produce quality product. •Identification of the plant improvement projects & getting approval & executing the same. •Ensure and maintain quality systems records for all process activities •Guide workers the aspects of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and ensure its implementation at shop floor
