About the role
Plant model & Controller model:'
Utilize MBSE methodologies and tools to design, simulate, and analyze complex mechanical systems in area of Automotive, Truck & Off-highway and HVAC.
• Develop and maintain physics based mathematical models of systems/ subsystems to ensure accurate representation of vehicle systems, environment, driver and road geometry and controls of systems and their interactions mathematically.
• Create detailed plant and control models for various mechanical systems of Transportation vehicle (Automotive\ Trucks & Off-highway vehicles)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical models with control algorithms.
*Integrate mechanical models into larger system simulations
Test Scenario Creation:
• Design and implement test scenarios to evaluate the performance and functionality of mechanical systems.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
