About the role
- Set up and operate plasma cutting machines for accurate cutting of metal components.
Load raw material sheets onto the machine and secure them properly. - Read and follow CAD/CAM drawings and instructions for correct pattern cutting.
- Monitor cutting process and adjust machine parameters such as speed, current, and gas flow for quality output.
- Inspect finished parts visually and with measuring tools to verify conformance.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and changing consumables.
- Report equipment malfunctions and participate in troubleshooting or minor repairs.
- Working Hours: 8 hours + 4 hours OT
