About the role
Own the core that everything else runs on: the workflow engine, the systems that track how software evolves, and the product surfaces engineers interact with every day.
Responsibilities:
- Backend services in Python: workflow orchestration, the core data systems, and verification flows.
- Product surfaces in React (or similar) that project complex system state and AI-driven workflows to users clearly.
- Internal platform foundations (data models, APIs, performance) that scale reliably as the platform grows.
Requirements:
- Strong Python and TypeScript/React skills, with solid API design and data modelling experience.
- Track record of owning features or systems end-to-end in production.
- Bonus experience with data modelling for complex systems, AI/agent-based systems, or workflow/state-machine engines.
