About the role
Opening for one of the reputed motor manufacturing company for the position of Program Management (PMO) -
Location - Bangalore
Responsibility
· Conduct the Feasibility review with CFT team for new projects
· Interacting with Customers & Suppliers regarding Enquires, drawing, Quote, process and delivery details
· Reviewing the Technical Drawings & feasibility proposal along with engineering to customer
· APQP & Tool development plan preparation
· Prepare, Review and Monitor integrated project time plan from Kick off to SOP
· Allocate and monitor the work to subordinates at initial stage as per time plan
· Identify risks & Arrive mitigation plan
· Arrive product concept in term of QCD
· Get project approval from Apex body through Gate Reviews
· Review project steps as per NPI process
· Product related problems tracking & countermeasures
· Prepare state of build for Assy
· Deployment of target material cost to system level to part level
· Co – ordinate with cross functions to resolve critical issues
· Managing the budget & project schedule for program
· Delegating project tasks to team members
· Communicating with upper management and other stakeholder
· Coordinates transfer of significant new part from development to production
· Responsible for ECR [Engineering change request] changes & implementation activities
· Interface with customers for audits & inspections
· To plan machines and testing equipment for new projects

Experiences:
5-8 Years with B.E Mech Minimum
Knowledge and Relevant Exp in Program Management and NPD Activity
