About the role

As a Project Manager, you will be playing a pivotal role in enabling Zeta Infosec Team delivering projects as planned. You will work with an amazing peer group that fuels this ambition. Where is this role?

Delivery - As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams from different business units to deliver complex programs. You will plan and manage project schedules, anticipate project risks and provide mitigation strategies. You will as need be provide escalation management recommending engineering trade-offs and decisions aligned with business goals.

Stakeholder Management - As a Project Manager, you will manage conflicts, drive effective teamwork, communication and collaboration partnering across multiple business units with competing priorities.

Program Management - As a Project Manager, you will identify opportunities, define and institutionalize processes for accurately capturing scope, dependencies, schedule, metrics, risks for program success and effectively communicating the program status and updates/reports to all stakeholders on a regular cadence.

What are your responsibilities?

Monitor, track and ensure success for CRCO team on

OKR of the team

Purchase, HR, TA liaisoning

Business support from Due-diligence perspective by forwarding and co-ordinating with teams internally ( CRCO)

Track from CRCO side for projects like HDFC or Credit Card program deliverables

Work with CRCO team internal on Quarterly presentations, metrics and posture improvement

Internal and external communication of our CRCO like blogs, L&D etc.,

Any vendor nego, payments , vendor agreements with respect to CRCO like deloitte, cloudsek , sisa, Riskpro and independent consultants billing and invoice approvals with CRCO

Arranging quarterly reviews and half yearly reviews for the CRCO team

Team engagement

Tool implementation front ending with vendors and work with internal team leaders to take to closure
