About the role
- Conduct in-depth policy research & analysis
- Create, curate, and manage knowledge content related to policy issues
- Develop and maintain internal knowledge platforms & communities of practice
- Provide support for client servicing & stakeholder engagement activities
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Economics, Development, Communications, or Business
- More than 5 years of experience in policy analysis, knowledge management, and client advisory
- Experience in professional services, think tanks, or government/PSU projects
- Prior experience working with State/Center Government or PSU
- Strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and a self-starter attitude
