About the role
Job Description:We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Political Graphic Designer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of political communication, current social media trends, and the ability to design impactful visuals for digital and print platforms. Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging political creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.)Design campaign posters, banners, infographics, carousels, reels covers, and thumbnailsStay updated with latest design trends, memes, political narratives, and social media formatsTranslate political ideas, speeches, and agendas into visually compelling designsWork closely with content writers, video editors, and campaign strategistsDesign creatives in Kannada, Hindi, and English as per campaign requirementsEnsure brand consistency across all political communication materialsHandle quick turnarounds during campaigns and important political events
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in political or digital campaignsStrong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (advanced)Understanding of social media algorithms and visual storytellingAbility to design high-impact political content with clarity and creativityExcellent command over Kannada , Hindi, and English (reading & writing)Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and creativity
Good to Have:
Experience working with political parties, leaders, or public figuresKnowledge of motion graphics or basic video editingUnderstanding of regional and national political landscapesMeme marketing and viral content creation experience
