About the role
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end performance of the credit card portfolio, including portfolio growth, customer engagement, and profitability.
- Develop and execute portfolio growth strategies to improve card activation, spends, billings, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Analyse customer behaviour and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities and optimise campaign performance.
- Drive revenue enhancement through portfolio optimisation, fee income initiatives, usage campaigns, and cross-sell programmes.
- Design and execute targeted customer lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Monitor key portfolio KPIs such as portfolio size, spends, billings, activation, attrition, revenue, and profitability.
