About the role
- Automation Development: Build attended/unattended bots using PAD.
- Integration: Connect workflows with Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel) and external APIs.
- Error Handling & Governance: Implement exception management, logging, and compliance standards.
- Deployment & Support: Package solutions, manage environments, and provide ongoing support.
- Documentation: Create technical specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
- Strong expertise in Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows.
- Knowledge of UI automation for web and desktop applications.
- Experience with API integration and Dataverse.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript).
- Understanding of security, governance, and compliance in automation.
- Exposure to ALM practices (solution packaging, version control, CI/CD).
