Power Automate Developer

Job Description:

The Power Automate Developer will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, designing, developing, and maintaining automated bots.

This individual will leverage RPA methodologies across various enterprise automation initiatives.

Experience in Power Automate is required.

They need to have a strong understanding of SQL, and any experience with Document Understanding/OCR is a big bonus.

Experience in Power Automate, Power Platform, CoPilot Studio, AI, and LLMs is required.

Experience in UiPath is required.

Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain robust bots.
• Understand business processes from workflow diagrams and conceptualize them as automated solutions.
• Provide production support.
• Support existing code and perform bug fixes and enhancements.
• Document efforts by providing design documentation, readable code, and project documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with the RPA Tech Lead, RPA Program Lead, RPA stewards, and other team members to understand current processes and how to reengineer and automate them.
• Contribute end to end with a DevOps approach to RPA and help in upfront configuration and ongoing administration and support.
• Work with operational teams to develop robust runbooks.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support as needed.
• Support investigation and remediation of production-level issues.
• Support production deployment processes and performance testing.
• Ensure quality by supporting coding and architectural standards and thorough unit testing.
• Assist in testing and UAT efforts.
• Follow secure coding standards and processes, including SDLC and change management.
• Participate in design and peer reviews.
• Conduct demos for RPA stewards and business stakeholders.
• Support skills transfer by mentoring new resources on best practices and development.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively within the RPA team, offshore team, and all supporting teams.
• Support the RPA team leaders in developing and implementing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Write procedure documents, conduct peer reviews of code, and prepare deployment plans for the RPA team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related degree is preferred but not required.
