About the role
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Power Platform components.
- Build solutions that meet business and technical requirements with low-code tools.
- Integrate Power Platform apps with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with organizational standards.
- Conduct peer reviews and maintain solution quality.
- Work with DevOps engineers to enable CI/CD and automated deployments for Power Platform.
- Document systems, APIs, and architecture decisions (C4 model).
- Take ownership of deliverables and resolve challenges with innovative solutions.
- Perform additional duties and strategic projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in traditional software engineering and/or low-code development and solution design.
- Proven experience delivering reliable and secure business applications in cloud or hybrid environments.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, connectors, and integration scenarios.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, experience with Agile delivery.
- Strong analytical thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Must Have Skills:
- Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
- Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure services.
- Git and basic understanding of CI/CD (we use Azure DevOps).
- Understanding of security, governance, and compliance in Power Platform.
