About the role
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to drive our influencer partnerships and campaigns. The role involves searching and identifying suitable influencers, coordinating collaborations, and negotiating deliverables and budgets to maximise ROI. You will manage influencer outreach, campaign tracking, and ensure brand alignment across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and shortlist relevant influencers and content creators based on the brand's target audience, campaign objectives, niche, engagement, and overall brand fit.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including influencer outreach, campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, content coordination, and regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate influencer deliverables, commercials, contracts, and campaign terms while ensuring partnerships are aligned with the allocated budgets and brand requirements.
- Monitor campaign performance and influencer metrics such as reach, engagement, views, conversions, and ROI; prepare reports and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
- Manage cross-posting and distribution of influencer content, including Reels, Shorts, and videos across relevant social media channels while ensuring timely publishing and brand consistency.
Requirements:
- 6 months-2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably with prior experience working at an influencer marketing agency.
- Strong communication, influencer relationship management, negotiation, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns effectively.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer ecosystems, content formats, and platform dynamics, along with a proactive, organised, and results-oriented approach.
- The candidate must have worked in an influencer marketing role and should have handled barter collaborations.
