About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher / Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with young children and possess a warm and nurturing personality. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment
Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and creative sessions
Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning
Monitor and document each child's progress and communicate with parents
Support classroom management and maintain discipline in a gentle and effective manner
Collaborate with co-teachers and administrative staff to ensure smooth functioning of the class.
Requirements
Graduation (Mandatory)
Montessori / ECCEd qualification (Preferred)
Strong passion for early childhood education
Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
Basic computer skills
Creativity in art & craft is an added advantage
