Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate projects
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and preferences
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads
- Provide detailed project information to customers
- Manage email and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion targets
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers
