Role Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic salesteam. This role involves generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving salesgrowth through effective communication and relationship management. The ideal candidate willbe a self-starter with strong persuasive skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Lead Qualification:● Qualify potential accounts through outreach calls, emails, and other sales channels.● Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
2. Sales Outreach:● Proactively engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and presentsuitable solutions during the outbound calls/product demo.● Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
3. Customer Relationship Management:● Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.● Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concernspromptly.
4. Market Research and Feedback:● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.● Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
● Passionate about selling products remotely through phone calls, emails, videoconferencing, and other digital communication tools to engage with both potential andexisting customers.● Proficient in Hindi and English spoken language.● Excellent interpersonal skills.● Exceptional oral and written communication skills.● Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.● Outstanding problem-solving skills.● Ability to work under stress and pressure.● Must be a graduated student with a non-tech background (candidates with technical backgrounds or currently pursuing studies will not be considered).

● Work from office - Sarjapur Road, Bangalore● 6 - Days Work from Office● Shifts - 10 AM to 7 PM
