About the role
Responsibilities:
- Teach and guide young children according to the preschool curriculum
- Create a fun, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Help children develop basic skills like communication, creativity, and social behaviour.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
- Observe and assess children's progress regularly.
- Maintain a positive emotional and physical environment for children.
- Communicate effectively with parents about the child's development.
- Work closely with other teachers and school staff.
- Ensure child safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times.
- Follow school policies, rules, and procedures.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Bring new ideas to improve teaching and learning.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the school management.
