About the role
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and customer meetings.
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution documents, and pitch materials.
- Explain APIs, integrations, and technical workflows to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the presales cycle.
- Support POCs, implementation discussions, and customer onboarding where required.
- Travel for customer meetings and business requirements as needed.
Requirements:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in presales, technical presales, solutions consulting, solutions engineering, or similar roles.
- Experience in CPaaS, OTT, SaaS, enterprise messaging, telecom, or communication technology is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and technology solutions.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API, RCS, SMS, messaging, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with enterprise customers and cross-functional technical teams.
- Kolkata-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Kolkata are preferred.
- Bengali proficiency is an advantage.
